The Job:
As the Head of Product Development, you will join the management team and lead two teams, each guided by a team lead, comprising a total of 20 professionals, including product developers and technicians. Your key responsibilities will include translating business strategy into clear departmental objectives, ensuring that product designs align with these objectives, and overseeing the identification, validation, and research of new products. Additionally, you will manage the improvement of existing products to drive continued innovation and growth.

The ideal candidate:
We are seeking a commercially savvy candidate with an entrepreneurial and results-oriented approach to lead the product development department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing teams and a strong background in product development, preferably within the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) sector.
