For our client, an innovative biotechnology company in Oss focused on developing new therapies for inflammatory diseases, we are looking for a Clinical Trial Assistant. This biotech company is currently in an exciting scale-up phase and is looking for someone who enjoys growing alongside the organization and contributing to its important mission.
In this role, you will support clinical trials by maintaining organization and structure—whether it’s organizing meetings, managing documents, or coordinating logistics. You will be at the heart of the process, using your keen eye for detail and strong communication skills to provide the right support.

More in depth, you will:

• Organize meetings and take minutes
• Manage documents in collaboration with external partners
• Coordinate financial tasks and keep budgets up to date
• Provide logistical support for clinical trials, from shipping materials to managing supplies
• Assist team members with travel arrangements for conferences or meetings
• Ensure that regulations and documents comply with clinical trial requirements

Your profile:

• You have an MBO or HBO degree or comparable level of education
• At least 5 years of work experience, preferably in Life Sciences
• You are a team player with a strong attention to detail 
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and Dutch is a plus
• Experience with clinical trials is an advantage!
