Suzie Shelley is an experienced global executive search consultant responsible for overseeing recruitment for some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and life-science organisations. Her role covers senior management to board level hires across multiple countries. Suzie has identified and placed candidates across a range of positions including board roles, corporate functions, commercial, manufacturing and supply chain, medical, clinical and R&D.

Suzie is the mother of two boys who are both sport fanatics and is passionate about sports and keeping fit herself too. When it’s not family time she enjoys socialising with friends, cooking and travelling. She also has a BA Hons in Marketing & Business Studies from Northampton University.
