Carola Reinhard

Carola Reinhard has 15 years’ experience in executive search and assessment with a specialism in medical technology and pharmaceuticals. In her current role, Carola is responsible for the independent project management in life sciences executive search. She identifies, interviews and presents potential candidates for a wide range of positions, mainly in medical technology. She has led searches for roles in areas such as product management, support, sales, controlling, IT, electronics and R&D and particularly enjoys working on positions with a deep technical background. Her early career experience includes time at two international executive search and consulting firms: Neumann and Partners in Heidelberg and Kienbaum in Frankfurt.

When she’s not at work or looking after her family, Carola likes to keep fit playing sports and to perform on stage with her local theatre group.
