Job
As a Senior Validation Expert, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Lead and participate in equipment qualification activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ. Support the execution of validation protocols/plans for various equipment and systems within the pharmaceutical sector. Provide technical expertise to project teams and stakeholders, conduct risk assessments, and propose mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with GMP and GDP during validation activities and support inspections and audits. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline;
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in validation/CQV within the pharmaceutical industry;
• Knowledge of GMP, V-Model & SDLC methodologies;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
