Industrial Engineer (manufacturing improvement engineer)

For one of our clients we are seeking a an Industrial Engineer who will work as a Change Agent on improvement on equipment performance. Not just a dreamer, but someone who makes the change by using IWS complex problem solving to drive and coach equipment MTBF, scrap and cost to serve improvement. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a significant role in the execution of operational excellence and establishes a high level of networking to ensure coaching and further factory improvements.

The key responsibilities will be to:

• Use IWS complex problem solving to drive and coach equipment MTBF, scrap and cost to serve improvement
• Ensures Root Cause Analysis and insight generation
• Drive business change – Business change management, Program development & design

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• 4+ years of experience in Production roles in IWS environment (AM/PM and Complex Problem Solving) (must have)
• Microsoft Excel advanced (must have)
• Knowledge of internal manufacturing, FMCG would be a benefit
• Significant change management experience
• Ability to work cross functionally with Senior Leaders and stakeholders
• Track record in leading IWS complex problem solving and Best practice roll out
• Eager to analyse and inspired by maximizing value
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a nice to have
• Understanding of improvement tools such as SIXSIGMA, Kaizen, 5S are a nice to have
