Equipment Engineer

The purpose of the Equipment engineer (Mechatronics) role, is to ensure a flawless implementation of the new production line at the site, executed in a GMP compliant manner. This role will also be critical in the optimization of our equipment performance. You will be hands-on, installing subsystems, connect it to the production line and conducting tests to ensure effectiveness and reliability.

Major accountabilities

• Guide and supervise onsite installation of equipment
• Install Companies owned subsystems to the production line
• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects
• Participate with the assessment and implementation of special projects or initiatives within cross-functional teams.
• Reviews equipment and engineering systems to support root cause analysis investigations and trend investigations.
• Second line escalation in case of equipment failures
• Reducing safety risks through simplification and error proofing machines
• Improving equipment reliability through equipment design modifications

• First time right project deliverables.
• Project Milestones delivered on time.
• Cost adherence for all projects.

• Be willing to occasionally work outside office hours and on weekends.

Ideal Background
MBO or HBO degree (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics) with proven track record within engineering with 4+ years of experience within a (pharmaceutical) GMP or isotope manufacturing. English written and spoken.
