About the Role:

As a Quality Systems Administrator, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our quality management processes are not only up to standard but continuously improving. Your day starts with a team meeting, where you will sync up with your manager and colleagues to discuss ongoing projects and priorities. With your coffee in hand, you will dive into managing the document control system, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant with international standards. You then analyze quality management KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement changes.

After lunch, which you might enjoy in one of our cozy coffee corners, you will liaise with international partners, providing expert guidance on deviations and CAPAs. You will also have the chance to work on new business models, contributing to the future of medical devices and contrast media.
By the end of the day, you have made tangible contributions to maintaining the highest quality standards in everything we do.

The Team:

You will be joining a close-knit team of professionals who are all committed to excellence. Our work environment is open and collaborative, making it easy to connect with colleagues across departments. Whether brainstorming in our creative meeting rooms or focusing in one of our private offices, you will find the support and resources you need to excel.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive team player who enjoys working in a multicultural environment.
