2022
The business enters the next phase in its evolution as Herakles Pharma Staffing and XDES re-brand to take on the new forward-facing Talentmark visual identity. Building upon our purpose-led origins, this further re-enforces Talentmark’s commitment to making a positive impact in life sciences.
2021
Herakles Pharma Staffing, XDES, Madison People International and CK Group join the Talentmark group as we expanded the range of services we offer, strengthening our presence in the UK, Netherlands, Switzerland and the USA.
2012
Further international expansion included the strengthening of our global footprint with new offices in Basel, Frankfurt and Boston as our team grew. We also launched a specialist capability in building teams for life science start-ups and entrepreneurs.
2009
The continued expansion of Talentmark enabled us to reach a major milestone in our international expansion, with executive placements delivered on six continents. We also continued to build our Board and C-suite capability.
2007
Illustrating our strengthened market presence, Talentmark had now worked with executive leaders in more than half of the top 200 global medtech, biotech and pharma companies. Our client base covered biotech, pharma, CROs, medical devices and diagnostics. Capitalising on this achievement, a management buy-out took place.
2003
Introduction of Resourcing Solutions and Interim Solutions to provide human capital consultancy for pharma and life sciences businesses, helping them to take a strategic look at the talent required to support their business plans.
1971
Talentmark was founded by Dr Tony Chandler who was a scientific Writer for the pharmaceutical company Janssen. He identified an opportunity to launch a purpose-led recruitment business to help the sector source the very best leaders. At the time there were no specialist search firms in life sciences and pharma.
Talentmark is present at multiple locations in Europe and the US. This allows us to develop valuable local knowledge and to quickly serve the needs of specific markets.
